Timetable
Our weekly timetable is designed to give you flexibility while still following a structured training approach.
You can attend a mix of Strength and Fitness sessions across the week, depending on your schedule. All classes are coached and scalable, so you can join in at any stage.
We can’t wait to see you at the gym! Here’s what to expect when you step through the doors for the very first time.
New to The Flex
If you’re new, we’ll guide you through everything before you step into your first class. All members begin with a 1:1 onboarding session, so you feel confident, understand the movements, and know exactly what to expect. From there, you can book into any class on the timetable.
Arrive Early
Get to the gym 5 minutes before class and let the coaches know it’s your first time. They'll give you a tour and help you find your workout plan that will ensure your success throughout each training block.
Want to make it even easier? Head to the App store for Apple or Play Store for Android and download The Glofox App, where you can discover class timetable, and book into classes on the go.

Creche
We offer a creche service during selected class times to help make training more accessible. This allows you to attend sessions knowing your child is nearby while you focus on your training.
Spaces and times are limited, so please check availability when planning your sessions.
To book the Creche via the Glofox app:
• Create a family account for your child within the app
• Book yourself into your class as normal
• Go to the profile section and switch to your child’s profile
• Select the same creche time as your class and book them in
• Once completed, switch back to your profile by selecting stop in the top right of the app
Both bookings must be completed to secure your place.
