Coaching & Member Support

Your Starting Point at The Flex

Every new member begins with a 1:1 onboarding session with Jayne. This session is designed to give you a clear starting point, help you understand your body, and feel confident getting started.

This appointment may include:

• InBody body composition scan
• Review and explanation of results
• Nutrition guidance
• Training recommendations
• Movement notes for coaches
• A clear plan moving forward

This is not about perfection. It’s about giving you direction, confidence, and support from day one.

Body Composition Scans (InBody)

We use InBody scans as a tool to give you a clear starting point and track your progress over time. This looks at areas such as body fat, muscle mass, and overall body composition.

To get the most accurate results:

• Avoid eating 2–3 hours before your scan
• Stay hydrated, but avoid large amounts of water immediately before
• Avoid training prior to your scan
• Limit caffeine beforehand
• Try to scan at a similar time of day each time

Scans are used to track trends and support your coaching plan, not as a diagnostic tool.
